Subject: New way to get skills/spells

How about a 'teach' skill?
What I'm thinking of is a way for more experienced players to teach those less versed
skills/spells.
This would take up pracs, just like going to a trainer, but a player could teach.
This would be useful in groups if everyone can be relied on to have the same spells/skills.
Maybe the teacher would gain something as payment for his time...
Just an idea.
