Subject: dark alley

i was thinking, that the dark alley could use a area for thief spesific gear, such
as armor and weapons, and what ever else a thief might find useful. since it seems
already to be geared twards them.
it makes sense that they would have it to themselves basicly, and that they alone
would have access to it via way pointing..
