Ah.. I know that madman Tempus... he had first told me that
he found the very same fountain far to the east.  For some
reason, I believe his story.. but I wouldn't trust his
directions sense to save my life.  If you ever meet him, take
his story at face value.. but don't trust no directions he
may give you....
