Subject: Shifting dimensional forest updated

Ancalagon and I have updated the shifting dimensional forest.  The
equipment and mobs have been updated, and a feat new was added.  For those
of you who have done it before, you'll notice that the obsidian golem
surrenders after fighting it for its key, and that killing Madeira is no
longer necessary to access the Chimaera.  (Killing these two mobs made no
sense before, as they were necessary to construct keys for you.)  The
catrub problem was also addressed.
