Although it sounds like an interesting idea, I see a few problems.

1 With so many clans it would require far more rooms than average arenas.

2 The mob block specp would have to be altered so that it could be set to a
certain clan, otherwise with the possibility of having several clans all
shooting for a flag it could be problematic.

3 Where would dead players go? Four in the room, you kill two and by time
you kill number three one and two are back again.

4 At that rate twenty captures sounds like it would make for a long arena
or really give an unfair advantage to larger clans.

In my opinion this idea might work far better if the arena was set to 3
colors. When each player join the code would evenly give each a color to
guard and put in that color room. Although it still sounds like it would
take far more rooms than an average arena and normally bigger arenas don't
work out that well.
