Subject: shadow bind

Shadow bind send should be highlighted so you can see it more clearly when
it's used on a group member. Not fun fighting new mobs retreating out of
the room and leaving someone because they got shadow bound and you couldn't
see it i the spam. This is in addition to other fixes it needs.
