Subject: str and dex bonuses in battle tactics

Hello,
lecho affects_done
could you move str adn dex to the secondary bonuses of battle tactics, like morale,
hp/mv etc? It's not useful for you when you've already max str, then get a str by
14 bonus at the end of your tactic. Thoughts?
