bugs:
This section includes code, sounds, and anything else that looks like its unintentional/broken.
Volume levels on sounds (some names follow, but this is probably not comprehensive)
are completely inconsistent.
*Fist of earth has some too low and some too high, to a shocking degree.
*Frostflower is too low, so are ice fog and static blast.
*Destroy (damage) is almost inaudible, and if I didn't know about this from editing
it a dozen times over the years I don't think I would've heard it at all. This is
exacerbated even further when lancing (my initial test was with leap and deliberately
looking to land a destroy). I believe it needs to be raised by about 12 db, if I
recall my edits correctly.
*annihilate is a little low.
If possible, I'd really recommend that the client force normalization or something,
even the sounds that are within decent ranges still seem to varry a bit. Some of
this may be my computer, but the specifically listed sounds above are most certainly
not subtle differences that one can blame on a soundcard or ambience.
Terrain-based ambience sounds don't turn off when disabled until you reload the client
(or use ctrl l).
thunder seeds with acorns doesn't trigger the sound.
Landing riposte fails to play a sound other than the damage (obliterate/demolish).
If it does play, its inaudible over the damage sound. Note: my version plays the
default, punch-like sound for riposte, so my expectations may be a bit bias on  this
one.
It looks like there are several duplicate plugins in the plugins list, that might
be worth a look.
While crossing ash desert I noticed the area changing sound play about half a dozen
times (walking to corrosion drakes from fire tower). I'm pretty sure that's all one
area, so it might be worth a look.
Channel sounds are not played when using the replay command. This seems like it may
have been deliberate, but I can't quite tell, so figured I'd throw it in here.
The shift function keys (shift f3 for mana, shift f4 for movement, etc) don't seem
to be working anymore. I'm not sure if this was deliberate or not, but its something
I'm most certainly missing.
The client doesn't seem to want to empty failed brews out anymore. I'm not sure if
this is intentional or not, but it was a feature I found really handy and would like
to see return. Similarly, the failed brew sound doesn't play to let you know your
brew went wrong.
