Subject: Power crystals update

Power crystals have been updated to yield the appropiate quest when final
form Enchiridions and Breviariums are built.  There is a quest for building
all four.

If you already have an intermediate form Enchiridion or Breviarium, you
will receive the quest when you fully upgrade it.  If you already possess a
final form Enchiridion or Breviarium and did not receive the quest, you can
gain it by recharging your tome with another power crystal of appropiate
type and only that type.  It doesn't matter how old your tome is, the magic
is in the crystal, not the tome.

Note that you can recharge final form Enchiridions and Breviariums with
power crystals corresponding to the other type of Enchiridion or Breviarium
as before, but this will not yield a completed quest.  (For example, if you
have a final form Breviarium Divinus, you can recharge it with a green
power crystal, but you will neither get the Breviarium Divinus nor the
Breviarium Druidarus quest.  You would need a yellow power crystal.)

For those of you who have asked, this is precisely why power crystals are
NOSAVE.  They're going to stay that way until I'm sure all of the bugs have
been worked out.
