Subject: almaric pk freeze update

I'm reducing almaric's freeze duration to two days total, based on the
newly created manslaughter/negligence classification posted on the case law
board.  The justification for this is that it was clearly not a pure
accident, but neither was it malicious - Almaric knew there was a
reasonable probability that his actions would kill someone, yet did so
anyway.  This does not constitute malice, and the lesser category of
negligence applies.
