Subject: mad druid's refuge open

The mad druid's refuge, formerly the land of magic, is now open north and
west from Ralnoth.  It is a level 30 area.  For more information about some of
of the quests there, talk to the bureaucrat from Ralnoth at the eastern
entrance of the area.  Enjoy,
