Subject: Magar tomes update

The manner in which Enchiridions and Breviariums are upgraded has been
changed.  They are no longer built by casting spells on them.  Instead, now
you can collect and use colored power crystals to build and upgrade your
tomes.  These crystals will be scattered throughout the lower levels of the
temple.

These crystals can also recharge fully built Enchiridions and Breviariums,
replacing any spent restoration spells.

For more information, talk to the toothless man, who is now surprisingly
knowledgeable about the subject.
