Its agreeable that areas do have to change / receive updates in order to
keep things fresh and at the very least the area warnings on area entry and
on the nearby list give a decent enough indication that something has
changed. Where I do have issue, and what is after the root of this current
debate are xp bots, in particular the shouldice bot though there are
probably other more discreet players botting. Bots which kill the same sets
of mobs over and over to the point of 17 percent load. For me Sark was 
part of my brewing run. Thanks to the actions of the shouldice bot that's
no longer the case. Question is, should the player base suffer along with
builders having extra work for the sake of xp bots?
