Imo when areas are entirely releveled it should be announced somewhere.
Suggestion would be some timed flag a builder could set on a freshly
updated area which fades after like 1 or 2 months. When this flag, i call
it just updated, a string would be send upon entering the area like
'Warning! This area has recently been updated!'. While this would not cover
the death to a single mob which was updated like morphs alchemist, it would
still prevent people to run into a bunch of mobs and just start storming 4
at  once because they could earlier and find themselves 2 seconds later in
09> recall. While morphs point of  always having so semi-expect that is
valid, it sometimes still wont save you considering how hard mobs
especially in group flagged zones hit now. An area like killing fields you
could solo easily in suddenly being a group 7 zone is a rather drastic
change - yes, the area has been flagged a group zone since i think 2
months, but nothing ever happened to it till just now. A whole area has
been updated and this could clearly be announced somewhere. A short board
post takes not even a minute so I think for entire area relevels it can be
done. Alternatively, have the area show up on area new again so people will
be warned.
