Subject: Thoughts on mob probability denting
------------------------------------------------------------------------
As per your request on bovine, I'm posting comments here.

At a minimum, mob load probability should not apply to mobs that load via a
deathload specp. Two reasons for this:
1. It puts deathload mobs at a disadvantage compared to other mobs, because
the chance of them loading is dependent on both the parent mob loading and
the deathloaded mob loading.

2. More importantly, it breaks a number of quests, especially in popular
instanced areas. If a mob you need to kill for a quest deathloads, and a
lot of people have done the quest recently, it can cause it to stop loading
and leave people unable to do a quest.

It might be worth excluding mobs with special functions from loadprob
denting as well. This could include mobs with quest giving specps,
shopkeepers, trainers, and job givers. I know there have been off and on
problems with job givers being dented into the ground by bots, and while
being harder on the bots should probably be a thing, preventing the mobs
from being dented like that would help keep them available for people.

If you want to be a little more generous than that, based off your
assertion that this thwacking is mainly for exp mob reasons, you could
remove it for any decoration or boss level mob. This would make obtaining
some other items and completing some other quests a little easier on people
who don't have to wait as long for repops.
