Subject: keywords for spells in store power and potions

Can items that contained stored spells have the spell added as another keyword? For
example, storing shard storm in an item would add stored shard storm as possible
keywords for that item.
On a related note, can similar things be done for potions? If a brewed potion contain
more than 1 spell, then have all the spells be possible keywords that the potion
can respond to.
