the druid unnatural spring spell is pretty helpful at low levels, but at the higher
levels it is pretty useless.
Perhaps the spell that it gives you could scale with level, for example
level clev: spell
0-15: cure light wounds
16-30: cure serious wounds
31-45: cure critical wounds
46-54: heal
so that the unnatural spring would still be useful. You would, of course, still be
limited by how much you could drink. Even with  good constitution you could drink
like 8 times, so it would probably be ok.
