Monique, who knows better, has been thwacked for botting.
She has lost 45 million experience and 59 practices.  Next time, she will
lose more.
I am not amused.  I don't have a lot of rules, and I try to stay hands off
in general.  For someone who knows better to blatantly abuse that means
that I no longer feel the urge to hold back.

I'd say that Shouldice should be given the same treatment, perhaps even a bit harsher
since he's been bothering a lot of people, where as Monique wasn't in any way doing
something to this extent.
Just my two cents.
