Subject: advanced poison idea

soporific -- this advanced poison causes the target to become drowsy. When
under the its influence, the higher the target's poison register, the more
potent the effects become.

Movement regeneration and attacks are both lessened, and very high doses of
the poison will slightly lower hitroll and castability as well as the
target fights off sleep.

A sufficiently poisoned aggro mob's reaction time is lessened, allowing
swift moving players to move past them without being attacked.

Weaker mobs may possibly fall asleep for a short amount of time while under
the influence of this poison. Players and mobs with GUARD or AGGRO flags
cannot be put to sleep by soporifics.
