The one thing I think you are forgetting is that we have players once
another ticks them off they go out of their way to harass and hassle them.
If you put such a person on ignore and they see the ignored person in the
area they will surely go out of their way to kill the mobs and the like
throughout the area in hopes of annoying said person. There are no rules
against over running others or killing mobs in an area another is in. Hence
why you could never see ignored in an area before.
