Subject: critical spells and skills

I think there is a little confusion here, it is not that there isn't any
critical spells or skills past thirty, but more that by level thirty you
should know what is important for your playstyle. You should be able to
determine what is critical or how to use the help system and where to ask
if a spell or skill is useful.
