Subject: almaric / necro minion variability

My gut instinct here is that necro raised minions should probably be static
as recommended, but that mage elemental minions should change.  The mage
change may also serve to make them more powerful, since there's a bit more
cost associated with it.

Does anyone have any balance concerns with this?
