you could do the following about the antidote stuff, for example.
a thief can learn these skills at lower levels, like in between to 15 to 25, but
you could also learn these skills in between 33 and 36, if you're not a primary thief.
same to the mage and cleric spells.
Another example. clerics get word at like level17. make it a level26 general spell,
for example, but if you're a cleric, you can learn it at level 17.
this would provide the cleric class a advantage, but someone who choose cleric as
4th or even 5th class still had a chance to get these spells and wouldnt have to
level his 5th class like a boss.
just some random thoughts :)
