Subject: announcement about how to start quests in new areas

Castle Ket, the Hinterlands, and Winnowing Hall are now open!

Here are the new quests available and how to complete them.

There is a new job available in Indira that can be accepted from a
merchant's wife.  It has you make a delivery to Castle Ket and return with
another delivery.  There are no prerequisites and its purpose is guide new
players toward the castle.

Castle Ket has two self-contained feats with no prerequisites.  All you
need to do is talk to the relevant character to get each quest started.

- Completed the White Knights' hazard course by defeating the Junk Giant

- Found the secret tea room of Castle Ket while playing hide-and-seek

There are two more quests available in Castle Ket if you have completed at
least one of Sir Linaro's quests.  He is located in Vemarken.  These are
given by Grandmaster Boris Ket and Knight Captain Sparity, respectively. 
They are called:

- Defeated the drow siblings Xixeca and Drendel in Winnowing Hall

- Retrieved a collection of rare stones and minerals from Winnowing Hall

Entering the portal to Winnowing Hall will cause it to be a level 15 area,
appropriate for players of Kordan level.  You will face the drow siblings
as bosses.

In the Hinterlands, there are three new quests.  Two involve a character
named Sir Brodak Ravseren.  The first has no prerequisites and has an
optional starting point in Ralnoth.  It is called:

- Slew Artaxus the Magma Dragon, to the relief of virgins everywhere!

The second quest requires that the player have completed both the first
quest and Grandmaster Boris Ket's quest to defeat the drow siblings. 
Entering the cleft will bring you again to Winnowing Hall, however the mobs
therein will be relevelled for a level 32 area.  You will face four dragon
priests and Cisapline as bosses, which are worth fame.  The quest is
called:

- Slew Cisapline the rust dragon, once and for all!

The third quest for the Hinterlands starts in Ralnoth by accepting it from
Mother Gothel.  It is called:

- Punished Mother Gothel's wayward daughter

There is one feat in Winnowing Hall that can be completed in either the
level 15 or level 32 version with no requirements called:

- Discovered the platinum helm
