With Xochitl open, you can progress a few more quests with Milano.  Note
that he will end up pointing you to the Sashala fortress, which is
currently closed.  The re-racking will result in the loss of couple fame
but the potential to gain six more, plus better experience and equipment
for Ali Baba.
