Subject: Don Milano update

Nueva Granada has received a big facelift, with many updated mob, room and
object descriptions.  Mobs have been re-stratified to conform to modern xp
categories.  It has also been upgraded to an autolevelling instance,
meaning that there are no more lurkset areas.  Milano's was the last one.

As with any major update, there are likely a few wrinkles to iron out.  I
appreciate your feedback and tolerance in these matters.
