Subject: West Thalenwood Forest update

The levels of the mobs in the West Thalenwood Forest zone have been
compressed.  This tighter level scheme should yield better experience for
appropiate level players, especially the monsters in the forest maze and
vampire fortress.  Note that the highest level mobs have had their stats
shaved, so they will be slightly weaker.
