Subject: A bug with charging spellstaffs

Hello there, I've noticed a possible bug when recharging a spellstaff. When
a spellstaff gets fully charged, I don't get notified when it happens until
I try to charge it by casting the required spell at which point it tells me
that the spellstaff is already fully charged. Hope to see this fixed soon.
