Elborat and Dorna have received reports of wild unnerving laughter in the
wasteland nearby. They have both sent out requests that adventurers search
the area and figure out where it's coming from and what is producing it.
The scouts they have sent to investigate have yet to return, it's probably
a good idea to bring friends with you.
