Add salvage equipment to the list with bsac/corpsecutter/harvest teeth.
It's not a problem now, but it's the same sort of thing and could prevent
future problems.

As for the rules, I think they need to be more demanding and less optional.
As writen it looks like I can strongly consider boting in an instance and
decide not to after long thought. While I admit thats a pretty unreasonable
interpretation of what you wrote, you can't deny that people have been
pretty unreasonable about similar things in the past
