Subject: suggestions for combos

as a devoted combo user, there are some times when combo bonuses make me sad. To
make things more organized I will divide the post into normal combat and pk combat.
1. normal combat
A. combos are really good here. However, at least for the +stat bonuses, it is really
a letdown to finish a 7 or 8 attack combo only to get str by 13 or dex by 11, when
you
already have str and dex maxed. I understand the dangers of str going over the limit,
as you can wield weapons yoyu weren't supposed to wield, and take things you weren't
supposed to be able to get.
However, there is no gameplay reason to be limited to 36 dex. And anyway, the bonus
wears off.
b. A far more tentative suggestion than A: make it so some combos have affinity to
give you various bonuses. For example perhaps a combo containing whirlwind could
have an affinity for attack speed when executed. Of course, not all
skills would have a bonus affinity. I doubt it would be implemented anyway, because
of all the logistics involved, but it is something to think about.
2. PK combat
A. Combos in pk are used rarely except for against players who are weaker than the
user. This is because while the tactical player
is executing his combo, his opponent is probably casting extremely damaging spells
or using destructive skills against him/her. 
By the time the tactic bonus has been acquired it's usually too late to deal any
real damage with it. Perhaps make bonuses for each part of a combo you execute have
a higher chance of being gotten?
I think it's like 70% right now, perhaps up it to 90% for pk?
B. some bonuses in pk are pretty pointless. This uncertainty thing, combined with
the inordinate amount of time it takes to execute a complete combo that gives a worthwhile
bonus,
is the other thing that really turns us off from doing combos in the arena. What
use is a hitroll by 50 bonus if the opponent you fight has less than 100 armor to
start with? Perhaps the hitroll and str bonuses can be replaced by dodge for pk?
Also, armor is not that great in the arena right now. Perhaps up the armor bonuses
by a factor of like 1.25 to 1.5?
