Subject: Recent area updates

Thanks largely to the efforts of Ancalagon, East Thalenwood Forest and the
Skaven Lair have been re-levelled.  Mobs there should yield better xp and
equipment.  Fame mobs were also added.

The White Tower has been closed pending an upcoming update.  It will
re-open as a group level instance.
