Subject: whilrwind and flurry

Whirlwind is an attack move that sends you into a flurry of motion,
spinning from one enemy to another enemy and slashing viciously at them
several times. I was thinking that we could have a seperate skill called
flurry that does the same thing, except to one target rather than to
multiple targets. The cost of move would be about a third that of
whirlwind, and would have a cool down.
