War paints - pigments brewed from herbs and spellcomps. War paints have minor
magical properties or psychoactive effects on people when applied to them.
Only one war paint can be active at a time, though a high level skill could
be made to allow the application of more than one paint with a penalty to the
durations thereof. The warrior probably couldn't apply multiple paints to
other people, just himself.

brew mastercraft war paint
Players first must learn how to apply war paint to the body in the correct
manner. They could use war paints purchased from shops or brewed by other
players if desired. Thus the "apply war paint" skill begins the tree.
"apply war paint" could require "valor" as a prerequisite.
"brew basic war paint" allows the following paints to be brewed:
war paint of the bloodfever - the warrior has a chance to recover a small
amount of movement each time they strike an enemy (does not include skills
such as kick or leap attack, damage reflection such as fire shield, autotrip
or autocleave).
war paint of the victor - the warrior regains extra hitpoints and movement
from the "cry of victory" skill. Players also gain a small bonus to all
warcry skills (treated as if charisma is higher than it actually is?).
war paint of the oathsworn - the warrior gains a small bonus to saving throws
against curses.
"brew advanced war paint" allows the following paints to be brewed:
war paint of the defender - the warrior has a chance to recover a small
amount of hitpoints after successful parries.
war paint of the spelleater - the warrior gains a modest amount of magic
absorption.
paint of the viper - the warrior gains a bonus to damroll equal to some
fraction of their poison register (i.e. the more poisoned they are, they more
damage they do.)
"brew mastercraft war paint" allows the following paints to be brewed:
war paint of the bloodrager - the warrior has a chance to recover a small
amount of hitpoints each time they strike an enemy.
war paint of the faithful - the warrior regains a small amount of movement
each time they receive a healing spell, or a small amount of hitpoints each
time they receive a movement recovering spell (double dip from rejuvenate?)
war paint of the sun - the warrior gains a small amount of fire absorption,
requires a fire affinity spellcomp to brew
war paint of the moon - the warrior gains a small amount of cold absorption,
requires an ice affinity spellcomp to brew
war paint of the stars - the warrior gains a small amount of zap absorption,
requires an electricity affinity spellcomp to brew
Iron body skill -
fortitude -- when heavily poisoned, the warrior can activate fortitude to
attempt to lower their poison register. Has a cooldown like second wind. Can
also lower blood alcohol a bit?
