The nature of moonlight and that it's like a million times less intense
than sunlight would probably fit better with other groups of skills such as
enchanting rather than been weaponized.  Could be infused into items to add
absorb or combined with call animal to create mutant/were creatures, both
could possibly be used with spell comps, with the affinity deciding the
type, or alternatively could be decided with different moon types/phases
etc.  For acid maybe it could take into account equipment compositi on i.e
someone wearing all cloth eq would be less protected then someone wearing 
metal armor.
