Subject: Attempted PK - Sneaky

Sneaky has been frozen for attempted pk.  He joined a group and became
tank, then mass confused the group, dispelled group members, and 
recalled while in combat.

As this is a repeat offense (a similar situation occurred in July),
the freeze time is one week.
