Subject: Lufia's Folly has been re-opened

Lufia's Folly has been re-tooled as levelled instances.  There are new
monsters to face and new equipment to be had.  The process of gathering
keys has been simplified and is explained in the translated manuscript
(now available in the Great Library, number 20529).  This should also
streamline the astral bridge quest.
