Subject: MORE WAVES ADDED FOR SURVIVAL TRIAL

40 more waves have been added, for a total of 90 possible waves for the
survival challenge.  The mobs' difficulty should transition from wave to
wave more smoothly than before, but they also have the capacity to be much
more dangerous at the higher numbered waves.

Also, thanks to Dentin the firewalking trial's contest is back on!  Right
now there are four players tied for first place at the 6 second mark, can
you do better?
