The problem with that is there are legitimate reasons to kill some mobs a
few, though not necessarily quite as many as Shouldice, times. You'd go
from punishing people with one mob to punishing the entire playerbase
everywhere. Also that would get really messy once you start grouping, what
happens if the leader can't kill the mob but others can?

Personally I don't think a code fix is the answer here, though I imagine
Dentin will disagree as he has the right to do. This is a pretty rare case
involving one particular person who needs to be dealt with to make the
problem go away. There are rules, they're being broken by one person,
instead of having to put in safeguards which may be buggy or inconvenience
others, can we for once just thwack the offender really hard?
