I'm going to be manually level converting players who are in the
'noclobber' category - this is all unconverted players who don't get
to pick which classes to unlevel.  I'll also be releveling them using
the 'always level cheapest' rule, so if you fall into this category
and want to do something different with your refunded exp, I
recommend you do it soon.
