suggest trade command be extended to allow remote trading.  This would work
from permanent waypoints and each trade would have have a small cost to
setup, except for trades between account chars which would be free.  A
container of items would count as one trade, so for example a player could
sell a bag of soulstones as one item.   Trades would notify, the same as
money market, on login or on creation, if already logged in.  To prevent
trade spamming only account chars would be able to setup a trade and there
would be a limit on how many could be setup.  The benefits of this are that
players who login at different times would be able to exchange eq, gold and
credits, as well as reduce the need to log on multis.
