Subject: The Challenge of Elements

 The Challenge of Elements has been re-levelled, re-planed, and changed
into an autolevelling instance.  Keys that planed out should remain stable
in their new home.  Fame mobs were re-organized into something sane, and
new xp mobs were added.  (There were level 95 mobs running around in
there.)  Some equipment was buffed, and Hunter of the Dead was lowered a
bit in level but has the same stats. Also added a book to the library,
because what's a library without books?
