FAQ 16.5 - But what's the fun of that?

If you use your builder to show your friends how cool you are, you shouldn't
have a builder and your builder will be deleted.

If you want to use your builder to get your mortals eq, gold, or experience,
your builder and possibly the rest of your account will be deleted.

Builders are for building.  We don't create builders so they can impress
friends.  We create builders because we want people to contribute areas and
make the game a better place to be.

If that isn't your goal, then you should not be a builder.
