FAQ 4.10 - How and where can I learn spells and skills?

See the question on 'where to level'.  Almost all of the guildmasters also
teach spells and/or skills, but higher level spells are seldom taught by
well known guildmasters.  Higher levels skills and spells must be found
individually, usually through captured spellbooks or the rare trainers
willing to pass their skills on to the next generation.
