to the capital of the Naginag Combine.  It is located several miles south
of the Northern Ocean.  It is believed to be origin place of humanity, and
that the core of the city was built by the gods. Several major trade routes
meet here, making a hub of commerce for the region. Guildmasters up to level
30 may be found there, and most spells and skills may be learned there.
