Format:
clanset rstring <e1-e3> <value>
clanset rstring <m1-m3> <value>
clanset rstring <i1-i3> <value>

This option allows elders to set their own custom rank strings for their
clan, it can be purchased using the 'credit buy clanrankstrings' command.
Once unlocked strings maybe edited an infinite number of times  but will
only show up on the clan roster once approved by an admin. Once strings
have been approved they can no longer be edited unless a new unlock is
purchased.

The status and current strings can be viewed any time by typing 'clanset rstring'. Any ranks that are set to NULL will retain the their usual title.
