Keywords are: 'dualwielding dual twoweapons offhand' FYI: FEATURE NOT YET ENABLED You can wield a weapon in your offhand. Attacks with primary hand and offhand weapons use a characters base hitroll and damroll, plus the hitroll and damroll of the respective weapon. You will have 50-50 chance of hitting with either weapon with your auto-attacks. Most skills will use your primary weapon to calculate damage, unless you have specialized training. The real advantage of wielding two weapons is attack speed - the attack speed of both weapons is added to the player's total attacks. If you wield a pair of fast weapons, your attack speed will be rather high. However, if you attempt to wield a pair of slower weapons, you can actually DECREASE your damage output by significantly lowering your rate of attacks. When wielding a weapon in your offhand, you will have a more difficult time channeling mana into spells, particularly damaging ones. You can still cast normally, but the damage will be reduced. Faster weapons tend to do less damage than slower weapons, so you may not see a significant increase in damage output when dual wielding.
