Give allows you to give an item that you are carrying to another
character.  The different command forms are:

give <item> <player>             - give an item to another character
give <amount> gold <player>      - give some gold to another character
give <amount> credits <player>   - give a few credits to a player
give <amount> teeth <player>     - give teeth to another character
give <amount> dteeth <player>    - give dragon teeth to another character

Keep in mind that after you give away something, you might not be
able to get it back!

Teeth are a necromancer item, used to cast certain necromancer spells.
