Usage:
cast accio <object>

The 'accio' spell was developed by the legendary Gisco the
Necromancer during the Drakdrol Crisis as an experiment in force
magic.  Gisco was attempting to research a long-distance version of
the 'unburden' spell.

The result is a force spell capable of retrieving an object from an
adjacent room or other nearby area within line-of-sight and drawing
it to the caster.  The more powerful the spell, the heavier the
object that can be moved.

Urban legend states that the word 'accio' means 'fetch' in an archaic
language from an alternate dimension known to Gisco the Necromancer.
