Usage:
cast chimes

When cast, the 'chimes' spell creates hundreds of tiny crystal
chimes that spread out and hover in the air, waiting for a disturbance
to set them ringing.  Anyone entering the area is bound to touch one,
causing them all to ring out.

This makes a great alarm spell, and unlike 'squeak floors', it will
trigger on the passing of levitating and flying creatures.
